I can't wait to visit. I love the honor and respect in this wrote. Great imagery, assonance, and metaphor.
It makes good sense and flows beautifully.
There is an elegance and grace in your writing.
This makes sense and must be read.

This is just glorious! I am a big fan of fantasy so I was drawn to this one, beautiful desrciptions and image. Stars trip over the sky, look into the moon`s eyes for the reflection of your dream, ride on raindrops, SO creative! I love unique, creative work and this is a great example : )

Hi Kay,
When I was in Oz we visited an Aborigine village and I learned about the walkabout and many other interesting things. I really like this poem, it has a whimsical feel to it that I find very charming. It is a lovely free verse poem. Excellent...blessings, chey

We visited the Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park. It was very interesting. They even gave us a lesson in how to throw a boomerang!

To dream about wonderful sights is one thing but to begin to realize those dreams right where we're at is another. Enjoyed your free-style, Buck

Hello Aussie.
This is a delightful read, and it is well written with good word choice and placement. I have always called my phone a walkabout to the amusement of my friends.
Fondly, Rebecca

Too cool - I know this was free form, but to me, it was so "sing-songy", that I would have thought there was a rhyme scheme. I'm getting ready to close it up for the night, and your poem will send me to bed with a smile on my face! :)

I love the dreamy quality of this poem.
Your use of fresh images makes for a pleasant
read. "...the stars trip over the sky tonight..."
"ride on raindrops" Wonderful! Nice alliteration
throughout. Very imaginative.
