This message is a very original way of describing the feeling after "giving birth" to something creative. The intense feelings that prompted the creation can rest, once you get it out. What was upsetting, is no longer upsetting, & so forth. This is very much like real life & conveyed in a very fresh way. Thanks for sharing & good luck in the contest.

A good haiku which uses the power of words in a skilled manner but I do not agree with writing the whole poem in capitals. It just spoils its charm.
