I thought this was excellent, I loved the rhyme it was perfect and your wording was great, I also thought the rhythm and flow was spot on, a really good poem and well deserving of a six,

This is a beautiful poem. You have done an excellent job of taking the reader to this springtime environment. The poem comes alive through the words and of a sudden I am in a warm spring day with the bees and flowers and all of it. Thank you for sharing.

Great spring walk in a country road with great ending rhyming lines. Delightful treat, like a fresh lemonade with ice! Great imagery, my fave is this one " and mingling cows in pastures dinewith spindly calves newborn. " Ah...

outriggers on congenial seas this charming Springtime day

This rhyming poem is truly a painting in words. The reader can imagine a walk down a country lane, taking in the sights and sounds. The smooth meter makes it comfortable to read.

Lots of great word choices to describe a springtime setting. I liked 'rapturous jonquils' and know that those two words have never been together before. 'circling crows soon perch to caw' displays some nice alliterative phrasing, as does 'blossom blissfully'. Nicely done.

A beautifully designed upbeat poem, I really like this one it speaks a perfectly woven worded melody, i love abcb rhyme scheme which gives the work great impetus, it is an all round good write! Good luck in the competition! Blessings, Roy.

I like this poem it really brings out the smell, breezes and colors if spring. This is special time of year and it's so short for us to enjoy.This poem makes it so real so thank you for reminding us how to stroll along and notice all the all the wonderful special effects.
