This really appeals to my warped sense of humour. I have never seen a 5-7-5 like this. Most are pale imitations of haiku that don't quite make it into the Japanese style. This doesn't even try! Which of course it doesn't need to do. Unashamedly embracing a monorhymed format this is a "reductio ad absurdam" of a tragic occurrence. I loved it.

Definitely has the potential to be a great poem, or even a set of poems, but I will admit, I am quite confused. Even after reading over it a few times. Is there perhaps another part of this poem that has been released as a chapter one or some sorts?
