a quest ... quickly, quickly, take the offending letter 'a' out of ...a quest...
the rest of your poem does not show any signs of the offending letter 'a'
This is a great challenge to undertake. Wishing you luck all the way to the contest win!
Best

Sylvia... I did not realize it was there til you wrote this review!! I had written it earlier ... when on his quest... but a reviewer said I had only seven syllables, so I changed it. I honestly did not see it. Thank you so much. I will change it.

Well done on the challenge of this contest. A nice poem. Best not to bother bee least he take an instant dislike and pin you with his stinger I'd say. But they do a great service, these bees.
Good poem.

I wish I had a six for this one. I am growing very fond of Minute's, and this one is beautiful. Love the artwork, and the title. I really like that font, though the 'h's' are a little more difficult to make out.
You used no 'A's' within this adorable poem.
This is a great contest entry, and I do wish you the very, very best.

It becomes even more apparent in our world, that we need the bee's to survive! The winds, the birds, the shackelry. I notice all kinds of bee's in my yard--then, suddenly gone. Did the summer burn scars from Alberta send them away? Only the beekeepers can know, viruses, go...

Very nicely done without using the letter "A". I like the advice you give here about just letting him "Fly when he's close by." All to often people don't do that and they pay for it later.
Good luck in the contest.

Well, you've fulfilled the contest requirements admirably aaa well as paying tribute to the wonderful wee bumblebee. I'd say it a tribute to the lost A. - Lobber

Hi Melissa,
I got this one from your portfolio! ;) This is a wonderful minute poem. Loved the theme. I guess the first line of the last stanza needs one more syllable. Also, it's the only line which falls off the meter. Your words have excellent imagery. Excellent use of rhyming and fine flow. I enjoyed reading it. Good luck in the contest.

Anupam

A very well-written poem about the wee bumblebee and his quest to collect nectar from every garden flower for the honey factory, without using the letter 'a'.
