Oh no! Can you request an extension? I would contact Helen and see. Dont give give up just yet. Great little black and white poem of your dilemma. I'm thinking the contest extends into May. Check on it. I may be wrong, but check and see. What have you got to lose? You have beautiful book of poems to your credit, contest or not. Revel in that truth.
