Thank you Ben, I not sure but writing the prayer down might not be the better way. When I pray, I'm usually just talking like to anyone. Writing it down helps get your thought in order. The first time I tried to write a letter to God, I was four. I ask for a baby sister. God said "No". He wasn't willing to overide my mom and dad on the one. Thak you for the six stars.

There is one important one: "Lord, I need wisdom to know when I should speak and when it is better that I be still and listen to others. Help me to stop thinking I have all the answers, and others are the ones who are wrong." This is a good summary: "Increase our love for you and for each other."

I liked your prayer. It was really humble, and that stands out in a time when everyone seems concerned with me myself and I. God is not a genie to make our wish list come true. He is our savior, and all that was in your piece. I liked the tone, I liked the style, I liked the personal touches. It is all about accepting His will, His plan, and His time. We are just pawns on the chessboard. The world will get worse, the Battle of Armaggedon is not far off, but we must remember Jesus said Come out of the world. estory

I like where you put that we want God to step in and stop things from happening, but remind us God told us it was going to be like this until He returns.
You've also reminded us that He's here in the midst of it all.

Thank you Mary. Most of the time I just talk to God in a converstionsl way. Writing it down helps organize what you want to say. I appreciate your review. I'm a long way from being an ideal Christian. I just struggle like everyone else.
