That is a cliffhanger to leave your post on. The fact that this is the story of your life really turns the tension up a notch and I could feel your fear as you recognised the smell at the end. Another excellent, well told chapter Lea.

Hi, John, I'm doing what I can to keep things little bull. I am, however, going to look at a place in the mountains this weekend. So that I might relocate being on my own as far as the writing goes.
