This is so deep with thoughts on time. For whatever reason, I think about time a lot too and hope to manage it better. I always try to have time for God, prayer, and to study my theology. Time for my husband and family, and to care for myself, which is more time consuming because of my eye sight. My watch is less strict than it used to be. I don't maintain a strict schedule anymore. I do make time to write because it brings me such joy, typically four to six hours a day. I get lost there. I suppose you know about that. I think we both spend it well.

Another absolutely beautiful verse of personification and, sadly, I have nothing more to give. The wonderful imagery of currents and waves that you've mastered so well add such poignancy to an inspired and inspiring work. I think many of us live beyond our years and find it hard to accept death, but it is inevitable for all of us.
Your personification of time here, how we use it and how it passes by is unique and clever Jessica and I enjoyed your metre and rhymes. A skilful write from a talented poet, much enjoyed, no sixes left this week, I particularly liked this line:
(though myths about my essence have deceived).
