Our feelings way or another can influence our feelings, but I don't know why, I'm learning to trust my trust rather than my feelings, after God told me that they are a gift not an obstacle to trip over. Beautifully written, blessings Roh

When someone who matters in our life, suddenly leaves, it does leave us with anxious feelings, especially when it is totally unexpected, this could be due to death or just someone deciding to leave, the result is the same, a poem full of turmoil and chaos, love Dolly x x x

I really enjoyed your poem. The line "Your going made us exclaim, Wow!" hit me hard - it shares disbelief in such a natural way. I love how you wrote this including the different colors.

What a deeply thoughtful written poem. It actually describes life in many forms. One moment, one decision, etc, changes the trajectory of our being leaving us sometimes, as you have described, in angst.
Well done. Keep up the good work!

I enjoyed this. Is it a special format? I like the repetitive lines. You did another one in this format if I remember correctly. Thanks for sharing.

Marilyn, thanks for your thoughtful comments, personal remarks and keen memory...I did a rondelet before, it's one of my favorite forms.
Seven lines: French form of two rhymes...Lines 1, 3, and 7 are four syllables and rhyme...Lines 2, 4, 5 and 6 are eight syllables... Lines 1, 3, 4 and 7 rhyme.
