There were good descriptions and use of words to create some great images.
Good character development throughout the story.
No spelling, grammar or punctuation errors that I could see.

I enjoyed reading this romantic story. It flowed perfectly across the page just in time for Valentine's Day. The wheel chair at the end of the story made it more real.

You are just an old romantic after all, Bob.
It is so touching to know that you felt this way about your wife when you asked her to marry you.
The cosy setting of the restaurant was the perfect venue,
for your proposal.

what a wonderfully romantic little story. Where are all the romantic men when I need one. That would have been the perfect proposal. Oh, well. At least I can read about them. Well done. Lucky Lynie.

This is a fantastic toast to a very special relationship. The sensitivity drips off the page in red candy hearts. The best in years to come.

Well, this is a beautiful story, Bob, and after reading your author notes, I'm sure it will win big points with Lynie. What a lovely valentine gift this story will be. I like the little twist at the end. I wondered why you mentioned the clinic. Great job! Mary

Wow, this is very romantic. I am not sure if I missed something, but I was surprised at the end to find out that Lynie was in a wheelchair. I didn't guess that, but went back and read the beginning where he 'helped' her into the car. Great job.
