Thank heavens for those willing to help these women I am sure many would go on suffering without them
This is an interesting story and I feel sure more heartache and deception is yet to come
looking forward to more

Troy is surprised and upset that Margaret knew where Anna was. It appears that there is a whole set up devoted to protecting women and their children. Troy has warned Anna about what Bobby is doing and told her that his father would represent her in court.

I'm so glad that Anna and her son found a secretive shelter. That husband isn't going to give up easily. I hope the father can keep him jail long enough. Very well told. I can't wait until the next chapter.

I could see this happening, my friend, as I have ended
up helping people I have known for years through my
H-E-A-R-T ministry, yet didn't know it was them until
much later.
another excellent chapter
thanks for sharing
love,

This was a very interesting Part Three of Chapter 6 to read about how Margaret, Troy's aunt, brings Anna to Troy's office. He is very glad to see her, and at the end, calls his dad to let him know he has something to tell him.

Great chapter and I think you are growing the story into a well written and believable tale. I saw no need for editing and wait to read more.

Poor woman is viciously victimized and she is appologising for the "inconvenience" she caused? Too many victims of abuse feel that it is their problem to face alone. It always leaves loved ones asking themselves; "Why didn't I see the signs?"

Between she kept them hidden from you. Probably out of fear and some embarassement. I appreciate your review and insight.

More my cup of tea, with the story developing a little faster!
As always your writing is accurate and the strong use of dialogue keeps things moving.

What a great turn of events. I thought she might have been rescued by such a group but to have the Aunt be one of them was a good twist. Well written.
