Seems like the worst tree in town to park under.
I think the driver will need more than 'spit' to clean that off.
Clever and fun entry.
Good luck, Ted

Oh My - we actually had that happen to one of our customers. Her car broke down in our very small parking lot. The birdie must have loved the color of her car or something - because it was covered by the time she was able to find help to fix it. We've had other people leave their cars over night in our lot, and the birds ignored their cars.
The poem is brilliant. It captures the emotions well. Clever word choice.

Thanks, Barbara - Glad you liked this poem - Enjoyed hearing about your unfortunate customer's car that got hit by the bird-poop. Appreciate your comments ... ;o)

Love the picture. The only thing I'm wondering is if the second verse has eight syllables. I've seen people use words that end in "ed" as both one and two syllable words, so I'm not sure anymore. Otherwise, a good effort. Brent

Thanks. 'washed' is one syllable, so the second line has seven syllables. Glad you liked the picture. Appreciate your comments ... ;o)

How cute this is. But birds have to poop some place. And if the cars are in the way and clean why not? After all we all want a clean place to do our business and I guess so do birds.

Glad you liked it and you make a good point. If I was a bird, I'd pick the cleanest car available to do my business. And, I'd re-target those cars where the drivers got the most upset. Sometimes the birds really have it in for us as the Hitchcock movie, 'The Birds' illustrates so well ... ;o)
