I am already a fan of your . previous two parts and this certainly did not disappoint. You, again, had great word choice- greet, rang, studding, motivated etc. This is a great story!

Thank you. I am working on the fourth chapter now. I only plan to write six. This will be a short novella. I am trying to transition from strictly a short works writer into the novels side.

This character is interesting. I keep wondering what he is and where he is going and, of course the bigger question, why? The young woman you have introduced is also intriguing. More questions than answers at this point. Good descriptions and narrative voice.

Thank you.

I love the way that you leave these subtle little hints, but don't really answer the questions, forcing the reader to read on. Who was the woman? What did she mean by sacrifice? How did she happen upon the colt? And what happened to the body, the lunchbox and the keys? So many questions. We'll have to wait for the next chapters to get the answers. Thanks so much for sharing.

I can't begin to review this without seeing the other segments. If the segments were posted as book chapters, it would be easier to follow in order. I'll read the others and try to evaluate.

Oh my Lancellot... You got me good. I thought the hunter was the slave then realized he wasn't. Then we find out it was a flashback and yay the hunter walked right out of there! I love this series. Great work again. :) ~ Rose

Thank you, Rose. I am happy you liked it and its been fun writing. I won't get to part 4 for a few days. Got to take the wife to Florida for our anniversary. No writing allowed.
