A very amusing one this. In the third line should it not read "outsmart(s) the dumb dog"? I think so. Actually this is quite interesting. The dog pictured is too small for eithe a foxhound or harrier and too long in the leg for a bassett so I think it is a beagle - bred for hunting hares rather than foxes!
