I liked your appreciation poem of Dr Who-my daughter is an avid fan, she attends all the conventions in LA. I have seen it many times on TV in England in the 60's and 70's, there have been about a dozen doctors. We used to have those police boxes at the corner of our road until they removed them, there are a few left still. Excellent imagery and rhyming, it describes him to a T. Good luck in the contest.
