I have looked this one up and found several definitions. I have been looking for 'ette' rhymes. Did you mean perhaps the Stone's 'Angie'? or what Mandy is this? Is someone in the band a crossdresser - Lunette? I didn't know The WHO were these guys.

Hi, sorry to be so cryptic. I've added a comment to the poem now so hopefully that might explain it a bit better. Thanks for taking the time, I didn't really mean to put you to all that trouble! Cheers, Craig

Okay I don't get it at all, but do I have to? Can't I just enjoy the perfect metre of your double Limerick and think of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, or Tommy?
Great job, Craig. Hopefully that was rude enough to spark another footnote, because I really enjoy footnotes. :)

I blame my abysmal hearing on Tommy, due to sitting about 5 feet from a speaker the size of the Titanic when it was first released in specially equipped cinemas. It's an eerie feeling walking out into the main street of a CBD in the largest city in the country, in broad daylight, and watching the bumper-to-bumper traffic, but hearing not a sound.
Sorry for the poor explanation - I've added a proper (I hope) one now :)
Many thanks, Gloria.

So he is really your dad? And geeze that must be awful having abysmal hearing. It is one of my most absolute favourite senses, although I'd appreciate if you keep that under your hat as my other senses might get jealous. Yes it makes perfect sense now--thank you. :)
