I confess to being somewhat discombobulated by this new word of yours. I have heard of circumlocution of course, but this has a much more lascivious sense to it, almost as if one is licking around the edges of things...

Yipes! I figured you were playing with me, but I went straight to my dictionary (let's hear it for old school!). Anyway, my deluxe dictionary let me down.

On reflection, I believe circumbilivagination is a word that expresses itself. Say it three times fast--see if you ain't dizzy!
