How fun! I'd be distracted by the nighttime noises even though I'm engrossed in my book just because my brain lacks focus! Well done in pulling us into your absorption of the book. Best wishes on the contest!!

Excellent as I believe this poem tells how nice it is to be inside tucked up with a good book and whatever the night brings is for someone else without our worry, a wonderful Nonet very well done and wishes for your competition****kahpot

I, too, love finding a new book that hooks me and blocks out everything else. The title is a good play on words. My favorite line is "I'm fed... hungry for more."
