A very well-written thought-provoking poem. We do not know when or why or how it will happen, although many say we are the last generation. All I can say we cannot save our bodies, but we can prepare our souls.

Well it could've been worse, Craig. You might not have given us some popcorn, and buttered no less, I mean what difference does it make when we put an end to our existence once and for all.

I still keep hoping we'll wise up before we blow up the joint, or otherwise exhaust all the Earth's resources.

That said, what a cheery poem, and your metre and rhyme was so smooth I barely noticed it was about the end.

Great job and thanks for the beer too!

Gloria

Many thanks, Gloria. The last minutes would hardly be a time to be hoarding the beer, now would it? Most grateful -- Craig
