Okay -- that's it -- no more coffee necessary to wake up further! That was PERFECT!! It would have been funny with your wonderfully chosen words and light, melodic flow there, but when you pair that prose with that pic? Oh, Craig, I am still grinning!! :) ;) Do you mind if I do a print-screen and hang it on the side of the bookcase here in my office? It really reminds me of some folks I know...and that word is WONDERFUL!! :) ;)
Thanx for sharing! :)

As long as no one comes chasing after me with a shovel, you can do what you like with it, Yvette ;-)
Many thanks for the lovely comments.

A very well-written poem about some people who think they are the most important people on the earth and everyone has to bow down and serve them like kings or nothing.

Thanks very much, Sandra. Yes, entitlement seems to be a growing feeling these days. Much appreciated -- Craig

Gone Fishing?
I've known too many of your ilk,
your tongue as smooth as lovely silk.
But silk is spun by wriggling worm --
I bait my hook, and let it squirm... (*smirk*)

That's it, I'm calling the SPCA! Worms are people too, you know.
Many thanks for a delightful poem ;-)

Witty poem about a person who thinks he has style but doesn't. He is sure all the ladies love him because he wears designer clothes but they don't.
Keep writing

Today's word: mamamouchi is used naturally, innovatively and meaningfully placed; I enjoyed the rhymes and theme; well said, well done. Keep Writing -- DR ALCREATOR
