But extreme cruelty of these misadventures, defies description, but you manage to do an outstanding job of writing. The rhyme scheme of this ghastly tale seems pretty regular to me, quatrains of rhyming couplets. There have been some fairly awful folk turning up at various times throughout history and you make a practice of recording their awfulness in verse. This madam beats most of them hands down.

Yes, this has been the hardest of the poems to write. The one out of all of them that gave me nightmares. The notes and the poem were long by necessity and drove me crazy trying to get all the info in. Thanks as always for the kind review kind regards Meia x

What a ghastly thing to have taken place in a beautiful city some 500 km/350 miles north of where I'm living. I can't believe she was capable of doing what she did, but as you say, she was a psychopath, not a lunatic. You've done an amazing translation from the Spanish text.
Just one thing: The city suffered the social rebellion called 'La Setmana Tragica' = The city suffered the social rebellion called 'La Semana Tragica'

Mostly in this world from insect to human...
The Female of the Sex is by far the worst.
I love all children, as well as women.
And, to read and review this is both Horrid and Heart Breaking.

Thankyou for your patience. I started it four hours ago and I have only just finished it. I shall probably suffer nightmares in that way it has been one of my most challenging poems, few freak me out but this one really did.
