A most interesting poem on the topic of reflections. The memory is still there, intact, but time makes it less accessible. I do like the second last stanza, considering the light's reflections on the waves, which prompted your awareness about the role of time. Nice.

This is a well done poem using repetition and metaphor to remind us memories seem to fade sometimes to be remembered more intensely at another time.
