Rachelle,
This is another excellent chapter in your continuing saga. Please let Jane off at the nearest truck stop. lol.
Really, your first person narrative is excellent in form and content.
I have a red-headed niece (orange)who danced in our local dance company years ago. She wore a fluorescent
green outfit for one of her numbers. I'm still searching for the photo to somehow show you.
Excellent chapter, Rachelle!
I can't wait for the next installment! I love to see our world through Rebekka's eyes.
Best wishes,
Cindy
(I'm a compulsive shopper; I'd love to shop with you sometime, we'd have the place rolling). lol. So, I virtually just shopped for diamonds and Rubies...

A noble shopping excursion, to be sure!!!! Are either your birthstone, or do you just love them "because?"

Another enjoyable chapter in their adventure to get Rebekah started on her new journey WITHOUT killing Jane. At this point, I probably could conjure up so many ways myself. Thanks for sharing.

It's so funny how hostile the reviewers are becoming toward Jane!! I think she's one of those "automatically unlikable" people or something. Thank you for the humorous review! xoxo

First of all: EWWW! (And I'm pretty sure you know what I'm talking about.)

Quick! Take a picture of Rebekah and send it to the fam! Oh, wait, they have no way of receiving such sinful images.

Gosh, I hope I'm not on the WBSRUTP list; you do, after all, call me an asshole all the time.

When I first glimpsed, "Coloratura's Handbook", I thought it said coloring book, lol! Guess there's no coloring books for Liebling.

You'd look dazzling in dazzling, emerald green with that hair of yours. I'm sure there's plenty of it in your closet. And drawers. And your hat wall.

You know what would have been perfect? If Jane had chimed in first when Rebekah came out of the dressing room. You looook mavelous, dahliiiing!

Like you had to tell us that redheads are irresistible in green (eye roll here).

I really liked this chapter a lot - maybe because there was a little less Jane in it. Even your readers can't stand her.

Good work, Allen.

xoxoxo

I LOVINGLY call you "Asshole," and I do believe you do the same in return?.... And never even once have you been on my WBSRUTP list!! Not once. You're my beloved Sicko.

Anyway, I'm so very glad you liked this chapter; I think it's been one of my favorites to write. I also think Rebekah will be very missed in the car once she's dropped off at Maria's, don't you? The claws may no longer be sheathed. Stay tuned! xoxox

You write Jane well enough that I would kill her myself.
If the Amish's offer to allow their females the opportunity to choose the modern world is as you describe, they guarantee failure (return to the farm) without offering a sponsor.
"That there has," she says. - It is rare that I can offer anything to your writing, but I would put a comma after 'that'.
Best wishes.

Yes; you are absolutely correct! Every time I read that, I paused because it felt like a snag. But I couldn't figure out what to do about it. Thank you for that help! I truly appreciate it. xoxoxo

And thanks for the comments about Jane. All the reviewers are QUITE sick of the woman.

The saga continues and your obnoxious guest still blindly exudes with confidence as she annoys everyone. You have such a wonderful way with words and bring all the characters in this story to life.

I love the sound of your outfit Rachelle, I can just imagine you wearing that wonderful green dress!

Another fine chapter in this story, love Dolly x x x

Another wonderful chapter. Four very different personalities, navigating their "togetherness" experience. The arrival of Jane has certainly added interest and drama to your experiences - but however are you going to offload her once you arrive at the FS convention?!!! Well written. Very enjoyable read, and I love the humour.
