Fun, funny poem. I'm not a bird but I am as about affective in front of a chessboard lol. The poem fit with no need nor room for improvement.

Author--Indeed a humorous slant using the universally known
iconic Tweety Bird. One would have to have been hiding un-
der a rock or some other place where the sun couldn't find them not to know about the long running feud between Sy-vester the 'cat' and Tweety the 'bird.' Use of Colloquia-lism adds to the genuineness and mirth of the terse piece.

This is a Tweety hoot (humor) and the nitty witty birdie try to play the Checkmate game. With a puddy tat and a knight to bishop twee, did Tweety check out the chess, mate? Nope, she just checkmated you, buddy.
Great hoot and an enjoyable Gaelic perhaps?
