darkens meadows
Timed commune
slowly transmutes
retaining pristine halo
perfect syllable count 3-4-3-4-3-4-7.
Superb presentation.
First 4 lines with abab rhymes but didn't follow the last 3 lines.

Who hasn't enjoyed the awesome presence of the moon in many of its faces and forms, but it's an extra special treat when it experiences and shares an eclipse with us.
