A beautifully romantic poem, telling of a love that has endured. It is too easy to take offence and rush out at the first hurdle. Cherish her.

    A daisy a day, or say they say. For me it's roses, and usually yellow roses at that. Glad you enjoyed this little poem of mine.

You are right my friend. Most woman like a honest man, I know I do. Although I have never found one, I will keep looking lol. This is a good poem and I love the message behind this one. Thank you for sharing.

Nicely done and you speak the truth.
Rhyme was good and flow was done in such a way to make it easy to read.

A beautiful romantic love poem. Not any love poem, it is for the lady in your life. The love is still as strong as the first time you discovered your love. Good advice for the men if they only will apply this good advice then they will never been left alone.

Indeed, little things mean a lot. Telling her you need her is good, but needs to be backed up by deeds, like putting her first when there is a choice.

Lovely photo of a red rose that complements your poem perfectly. I assume that she will know you are writing to her. You met and fell in love, still together. Never lie is one tip.
