This reads very well indeed, it's beautifully written Jim. Sounds like a partner who has gone to wait and greet the love their life. This is articulate and gives a sad but beautifully written And expressive. No one could help but like this work written in great language and in free verse, well done, blessings Roy

A very well-written free verse poem about sad circumstances that take you back to a place of hallowed ground to bury a loved one again and observe the changes since you were there ten years ago.

Oh wow you have done the challenge very well. I could feel the emotion, see the tree as it grew taller, wider, I could touch the uneven grass. Exellently done

Graveyards are peaceful places and we walk among the graves and reflect as time kills us all in time and the sadness passes and we develop a pragmatic view as you did here, it is good not to be afraid of death when it comes after a good life, we all succumb in the end and join our loved ones, love Dolly x

Graveyards are peaceful places and we walk among the graves and reflect as time kills us all in time and the sadness passes and we develop a pragmatic view as you did here, it is good not to be afraid of death when it comes after a good life, we all succumb in the end and join our loved ones, love Dolly x
