This is so hilariously written, Rachelle!! And you're still a realtor so you managed to deal with the craziness of Houdini clients and unsellable houses. But you kept your sense of humor. I loved that you and your husband both understand the business.

It's only funny in retrospect, Helen. And I'll have to share last week's catastrophe with clients who call the night before the buyers are to arrive for a 10 a.m. walk-through with the news, "I'm really sorry, but there's just no way we'll be able to be out of here by then. We need another 24 hours."
