A lovely poem, accompanied by a neat picture.
question: In an abc poem, I thought each first letter in each line had to go in sequence, as in the alphabet, and you do have F,G,H,I, but then the last one is T instead of J. Or am I missing something, here?

An excellent question! I had the same question initially. When I read the rules, the first four lines have to be in sequence, while the fifth line can start with any letter. Thank you for your review. John

This is a great ABC poem, not only in how your composed it, but also in it meditative style, inviting us to reflect with you, on the nature of God and the world He created. Thank you for sharing this with us.

Thank you, Ginda. I'm glad you understand my attempt to show the spirituality of nature. All we have to do is look around to see God in ALL His creation. Thank you for your review. John

Hello John,
For me, the wind can be less than a desirable thing. It causes all manner of stress when I'm out fishing on the boat. We usually have strong winds on days when the sun is out. There have been times though when I prayed for a bit of a breeze, especially when the gnats were swarming and there was no way to get away from them. However, horseflies can fly in a gale, so they aren't really impacted by it. Thanks for sharing this John,
Blessings,
Tom

You got me there, Tom; especially with your horsefly comment. Made me laugh out loud. I guess down here in the South, tornado victims might take great exception to my words. It's all in how you look at it, huh? Thanks for adding a bit of humor to my day.

You and me both. There's so much mystery to marvel in God's creation. Sometimes I wonder how many people take the time to ponder it. There's so much to see and so much to miss if you're not looking. Thank you, Dolly. John

It's amazing how something as simple as the wind can be so inspiring. God does marvelous things in nature if only we have eyes to see and ears to hear. Thanks, Sally.
