I can see you doctor loved this, Debi, on two counts. One, you knew what you were doing wrong but did it anyway, and Two, she will be putting it on her wall for her patients to read, I'm sure they will see both sides of your poem. You never know, you could save someone's life with this poem!!
I really enjoyed this, and immediately got up and filled my litre drink bottle! I've been told to drink two litres! This is funny, but could have been serious, I'm just as bad. I think most of us are over the Christmas period. Well done, my friend, and I do hope you are feeling a lot better. I'm sure God will have so many prayers about you coming his way!! Hopefully she has done that already and that it helps someone else who was supposed to stay on a diet like I had for my kidneys, (Ooops!) so I hope it helps other too.

We definitely do indulge too much on food sometimes, especially over the holiday period. I very rarely add salt to my cooking at all, but I can't understand why chefs seem to want to pour copious amount of salt on food. I am glad to hear that you are doing well now Debi, it must've been pretty scary. A well written piece.

Hello John, a picture for it, huh? Yeah, I know what a twin brother would do with that. Take it to school and all the kids would be laughing. Sorry I mean work. Maybe you'd like to see a real picture of it? Hahahahahahahaha!!!
Yes, I truly blew it and twelve pounds of fluid came off and it helped some, but not enough. Gatorade would not be good either because of the sugar and I don't need the chemicals of the diet, so I use all natural type to get the electrolytes.

Hey you. I did fix it even tho I couldn't admit that I hadn't gone in right away. We talked about it so she wanted the message to look like I did everything right from the start. And I also changed the hubby part too. Thanks for the advice sweetie. I truly am doing everything to turn this around cause we both know that at our age our bodies don't bounce back too well anymore..

Hi there QC, I do understand your predicament as my lupus crippled me years ago. Then I had surgery in both legs to help me walk again, but it is not working too well for me either..
