This is a beautifully told tale of a woman's epiphany about spousal abuse. The story is told with sensitivity. It has tension and moves well. The characters are strong and the dialogue is natural.

A short crisp chapter. I just felt Troy was taking a decision on Anna's behalf here by taking her to this meeting. The poor woman is in a real state with all the goings on. Nicely penned. luv jada

I love this chapter and how loving and caring Troy was to Anna. When she didn't come out of the building with the other women I was afraid Bobby had escaped and went after her. I was relieved that he didn't. I know you will have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family. Well done. Blessings, chey

Will miss you my friend, but hope you will have a lovely time with your family. This chapter is good. With some hesitation Anna joins the group and the first thing that really gets through to her is that all the abuse was not her fault. Must be good that the emotions come straight away.
