Thank you ever so much for your exceptional rating and review. This is my second cleave poem...ever... May be my last! :)
But it was challenging to pen...I love writing in constricted formats...yet I also am a huge fan of free verse! Too funny!

I have never ventured writing a cleave poem, I believe I am not cut for this poetic form. I don't want so many rules restricting my flow of thought. But I definitely enjoyed reading this excellent poem. Keep writing. All the best.

Hello dragonpoet,
The cleave format really isn't too difficult. I began with the poem on the left, and then wiggled in the one on the right, and then adjusted where needed so that together it all flowed together as one! Just make certain you have plenty of coffee when you attempts one of these! :)

Snowbound.
House is clean.
Had to find something creative to do.
So...I wrote my cleave poem.
Not a performance.
Just a challenging format...to see if I could do it.

We are getting blasted, and last weekend, it felt like spring!

We here in middle wisconsin (almost) chuckle how we always here in the news how it is crossing through the nation and ending wildly in Michigan! So, so often we hear that report! We, where we live in Wisconsin miss all the big storms, summer too! Good luck this summe with the tornadosr! Tony
