that tyrants drug [dragged]
The world is at the tipping point, and still we cannot come together as brothers and help to salvage the future for our children.
Perhaps there will be an ark - or a spaceship that will carry our seed to distant galaxies to find another world to rape. It would be nice, if we tried to save this one.
You ask a huge question with:
Can governing powers find the determination to abort the tyranny shown by race[,] (.)
Unfortunately, it looks like 'no'
Too many tyrants want power. Power comes from trampling other races, religions, and countries. Not much room there for grace and kindness.
Rose.

This is was one of those poems that you just feel you need to read over several times to really get the depth of the meaning. Thank you for sharing such strong emotions.

Many important questions asked in this thought provoking poem, of which I think the answers would be scares and negative. I agree with all the questions and it is about time some arsehole in power answers them.

Deep, dark and heading towards dystopia. I think you maybe need question marks instead of full-stops mark at the end of each questioning line.

Prose poems are like reading a well written paper on philosophy.
Your words are strong, paint the picture of how bleak our world is, and some solutions that could be tried.
Love the ending. Rebuilding the ark will save a few, but in reality, the rest of us are doomed....... unless we find a way to overcome the evil.
Well done.

I am afraid to say that we are rebuilding the ark. Humanity is born with the tools of destruction in hand and will follow his destiny with sinful determination. There is hope however in the better angels within us that labor to ease the pain of suffering in this world until the end. After the end is a new beginning.

I love the artwork that you choose to go with your poem.
It truly set the mood.
You captured my attention from the first line to the last.
This poem really makes one think.

Hello Deepwater,
Thought provoking lovely piece of poetry beautifully inspiring human beings to do something good for the betterment of humanity!
Impressive and perfectly matching the theme wording having nice flow with its own rhythm and lively imagery.
These lines are particularly worth noting:
"Can governing powers find the determination to abort the tyranny shown by race,
What contributions do we as mere mortals project for the salvation of this destiny?"
Excellent!
