Dean: as per your usual, a very creepy story seeped in gore and frightful mind control. The personification of the wolf is well maintained throughout this piece. It kept my mind awandering. I'd say this is brilliant and original and I would read the book. I bow to you, oh wise one! Linda

This may seem like a weird review, but I love this Ian character. . .because he instantly brought to mind one of my very favorite Sci-Fi villainous heroes (The Stainless Steel Rat). There's a satirical sense of cockiness underlying his arrogance (which might be a function of bringing in the over-the-top vibe of "Wolf On Wall Street")
I like that you have re-elevated the "mind control" feature of Werewolves too. While most of us know vampires have this talent, many have forgotten that hypnotic manipulation is one of the werewolf's primary skills also.
Lastly, where else would wolves blend in better? Law offices and Wall Street would most probably be their natural habitat in today's day and age! To the best of my knowledge, they both live by the same creed - "Go for the jugular"
As always, bloody good write <>;-)
(I have devised a new rating system for 2015 - you can see the breakdown on my profile if you're interested)
(5 stars) = EXCELLENT. I would recommend this to a friend! I enjoyed the read and found both the content and the construction admirably accomplished.

Hi Dean Kuch,
Oh dear, oh dear, a werewolf in a 'financial institution'? Bad news all round, and not just for the blood targets ... Mind you, some might see bankers as vampires in certain circumstances. Credence Clearwater Revival's 'Bad Moon on the rise' indeed.

Only you would find a way of fitting menstrual blood as a sexual aphrodisiac into a story.
Wonderful characters you've created in this short tale. In fact, I'm glad it's short. I have things to do today and prefer you don't stay in my brain all day.

Well, what can I say, Dean - even in your
stories, I think you are the King of Horror...
and this must surely be a winner.
Great illustrations also.
Good luck with the contest, my friend.

I really enjoyed this piece of horror flash fiction. From what I have experienced so far it is a little bit of a departure from one of the usual stuff.
The writing was a bit more restrained as well as the imagery. I loved this. The use of alliteration was excellent and the tone was perfect for this piece,
Nice touch at the end with 'Bad Moon Rising' although I have always been more partial to 'Werewolves of London'.
This was great.

I'm a big fan of both of those songs, Gareth -- naturally, LOL.
Thanks very much for your review, and for taking time out to read it. I'm glad you enjoyed. :) ~Dean
