Rather than review I shall answer: Man is the only source of evil on our planet earth, religious claims of evil devils notwithstanding.
My take is if man employs WMD to destroy mankind, I hope there is no ark about to save it.

Very interesting. I can see purgatory as being in a state where one lives with regret, pain and the misery of that has gone wrong in life. To leave it, is to cast the past behind and seek a brighter future. Thought provoking work.

Oh dear! A very sad tale of lost faith! A great articulate poem, dimensions lost and gained, it just goes to show anyway, attitude to one's feelings have to be maintained ! It is a matter of choice as to one's equilibrium in life's quest or not, great write, I enjoyed the philosophical challenge of this poem! Blessings, Roy.
