Hi Regina,
Congrats for the third place finish in the contest for this nice mix of words and artwork. I didn't realize cardinals didn't fly south for the winter for I have never seen one in Winter here.

Cardinals mate for life and we have had a cardinal family in our backyard for years. I think we now have generations of the cardinal family. They are so tame that when we go outside, they just watch us. Thank you for sharing this acrostic contest entry with us. I had fun reading. Good luck with the contest.
