Great point of view! Personalize things is a great resource that direct minds to considerations not even thought before. Additionally, adding an emotion "sad" vivifies a sensation, making more human the view!

Good use of baseball puns in your one-line poem. It's always amazing how many foul balls there are in a single game. Those pitches must be so hard to hit. And homers even more impossible. Best wishes in the contest!

I played baseball in high school. You are so right, pitches are had to hit. Thanks for read and review.

I don't know much about baseball, but the picture caught my attention. It did look lonely. A foul ball is up for grabs-and the stands are empty. Thinking deeper, I thought about the foul ball of politics in the midst of COVID- and a seeming lack of people in power to pick up this pandemic that is wildly off course to get better.

This one line poem is very sweet. The author was able trigger an
emotion with this foul ball. The artwork is perfect and compliments
the words and theme of this poem.

This one-line poem, Sad, uses twelve words and imagines the mourning souvenir ball which must wait until a season with spectators arrives.

This guy is lost, will probably get pounded around as a batting practice ball instead of being displayed on someone's shelf. Thanks for the read and review.

Hello my friend
Your one line poem is very clever. It's hard to write a one liner...you did a great job. Good luck in the 1 Line Only writing prompt contest.

Ha ha ha, it sounds like this ball is about to find a home and be back in the game, a poignant write and I enjoyed the humour here, inventive and enjoyable, love Dolly x

I feel bad for the ball. My son says I should stop giving life to inanimate objects. The picture is perfect for the piece as it add that extra eye catching image to drive it home.
