Great title and words written.
We have to walk away from the hurt within our lives.
If we don't walk away we can become somewhat depressed.
We should Look towards those who love and care for us.
Being our friends till the end of our lives on earth.

Maiomadies was asked to state the basic of Judaic wisdom while standing on one foot and he said. "Love thy neighbor as thyself. We cannot exaggerate the beauty of friendship. As for the pain of misunderstanding; it is said that we must suffer through suffering and the only great tragedy of our lives is our end and that is an unanswerable question. In my book, people who like all people, are happy people. Again I must remind you of the preciousness of friendship. As David lamented over the death of Jonathan he intoned;
"I am distressed for you my brother Jonathan. Thy love for me was wonderful, surpassing the love of women..." I can't help feeling that your post could have been written more simply with less abstracts. Are we not talking about the attempted perfection of our relationships and of awareness?
-There seems to be some wisdom in every line. I am reminded of T.S. Eliot's immortal line. "Where is the life we have lost in living." -Ekim777

To find people with integrity, flexibility and ethics, friends that make you laugh and focus on life, but if you fall will always hold out a hand to help you back up. These people are few are far between. If you have found one like this do treasure them. I have been hurt by many who I thought were my friend. So now I take people as I find them. But I do envy those who have a real friend.

What you have written here is so important. You need to surround yourself with people who can blow new life into you, not suck the life out of you. If you are going to maintain a healthy, fulfilling, and optimistic outlook you need to break free from toxic attitudes around you,

Inevitably, deepwater, there will always be those we encounter along life's cosmic highways and byways who find immense enjoyment in kicking someone when they're down. It's a sure a bet, as certain as the sun rising tomorrow. The trap we have to avoid is becoming one of those people. It's especially difficult when you feel jilted or hurt by someone you felt was a friend.
All we can do is try and do our best, at whatever it is we try to do.

If anyone deserves a six, it is certainly you, with your short, compact philosophy, that you carry here with a wallop, and a no-warning shot right into the heart of the "unexpected" at the finish line, in the right cerebral cortex ,lodging the lead slug deep enough to cause severe damage, that might not heal in such a way, that it is expected too. Just let the Lord do what He said He will do, and in His own sweet time, ...don't rush Him...whatever you do. No more wild, wired goose races, where the master is only Master for the sake of a good mouth feeding job, That he should certainly be on his knees to the Master for...giving thanks. The Master will clean-u- all. His way.
