I know Tanka is supposed to be written about relationships. I will remember that next time. What a nasty weather for vacation. I did visit Utah and all five national parks there in 2021. The canyons there are just like the photo here. I also saw canyons in New Mexico like this one.
How do you insert your photos? Do you always use Imageshack to do that?
The presentation is great.

Thank you :)
Not all tankas are about love but most of them. The classic ones are.
HOW TO INSERT PICTURES
-search for a picture with a black background and save it to your computer.
I use imageshack.com to upload and get the URL hyperlink.
-go to the advance editor page in FanStory
- click on the place where you want your picture
?in the advanced editor page' toolbar, click on the little picture icon (the 5th one from the right)
you will see a window called Image Properties
click on the URL line, right click and paste
you will see the picture on the preview window
on the left side of the picture, click on the square WIDTH I usually use 200

Super way to describe the situation. There is a lot of emotions described using the winds and waters in that gorge. That the love was "impossible" results in the inevitability of the end of the relationship.

Thank you very much, Big Sister. I'm happy you like this one. I've been in a melancholic mood lately. I hope reviewers don't get tired of me.
Love you,
Marival ❤️

To see this post and realise the depth of gorges cut through sheer rock, there has to be a metaphorical connection there, a wonderfully worded post.Gypsy, a excellent post my friend, well done, blessings Roy

Your descriptions of the landscape are hauntingly beautiful, evoking a sense of longing, of lonlieness and isolation. And then your ending... Wow. Six stars for sure.

This is a great piece, GBR! I enjoyed the artwork, and of course, your words added to the piece bring it to another level. I always enjoy your work as it presents as different and refreshing. Best, JohnC
