I'm enjoying your story. The eighth grade kids are definitely typical. I remember my own and I tried practice teaching eighth graders. I've heard of beep baseball. Aparently this is being played withe sighted people who are blindfolded. I'd think they'd be falling all over the place.

We Actually have blind cricket, at which the balls have bells in them, so the blind can hear the balls a judge where it is on the pitch, so you can strike it, I love this John , this is a very clever work, you actually had me going there. Beautifully wrutten, blessings Roy
