This brings tears to my eyes. I am so sorry for this happening. I believe in the death penalty for the convicted premeditated murder and rape of women and children. I must do a post on this sometime. This is a strong feeling post here.
I spotted no SPAG.
Thank You My Friend,

Thank you so much for this review or comment. I have reached a point where I cannot hope to catch up with my reviews in need of answering without resorting to a carbon copied response. I hate doing it, but with 700 plus unanswered, I can't keep up! Goat kidding season is looming, and we are spending more and more time outside preparing our buildings. My muse is driving me crazy trying to write as much as she can, before we end up on our three-to-four month sabbatical. LOL. I'm hoping you will forgive me. I have read every review, corrected nits and errors found and carefully considered every suggestion made. I am so glad you have enjoyed my work, or at felt it worthy of a comment.
I am trying to review your work as much as I can also, and by using a C.C. here, I have more time left to read all your wonderful stories, articles and poems, as well!
Hugs,
Jani

Yes one cannot change what happened yesterday but one can learn by this. Worry will cause ulcers, blood pressure, stroke, maybe death. Pack this worry into a bag mentally and hand this to God mentally and ask Him to take care of this for you. He does in the most remarkable ways at times.
Great writing.
Honeytree.

Thanks, Honeytree. This was reflective, thinking back on times I've said things I would instantly regret. Appreciate this wonderful advice - there is no better answer.
Hugs,

That was wonderful. Really made me think. It's funny how some things can seem so bad but good things come from it. I guess sometimes you just have to look toward the positive instead of dwell in the negative. I really loved this. Thank you.

These were interesting thoughts. It kind of reminds me of that James Stewart movie, "A Wonderful Life." God knows the choices we make, but then again they are our choices. It's free will - the greatest gift a Divine Creator can give his creation. Your past is of your making, and it is as you say, "What if in changing the past, and removing the pain, I never wrote a single word for anyone to read?"

Wow! The story really brought out many emotions. In the end, I'm still not sure if the feelings is resolved. Very efficiently done. Each sentence strikes a feeling Thanks for sharing!

So true. How many things would/could we really change if we had the option. Everything is so interconnected to who we are. However good or bad. Your writing is poignant, clear and full of your defined emotions. It oozes who you are. Sending sunshine your way....

I think we all ask ourselves that question. I know I have laid in my bed wondering why didn't I do this instead of the other thing.

Yes, ramblings, but cohesive enough. Your path and the choices you made -- like me -- have brought you to where you are now. It's happiness, I believe.

What if? Don't we all wonder about that. I ask myself that all the time. The girl in high school, the job I didn't take the stock I was going to buy. BUT like you say, two kids, a wonderful wife. What would I want to change? Well I wouldn't mind being a millionaire.
Wonderful thoughts.
