This is a flowing poem about faith and also remembering the dead and imprisoned (in one way or another). With fields of stone I see graveyards not prison walls. But, the picture still goes well with the poem.
I see no errors

This is really beautiful and well-deserving of its "All Time Best" award. It is a poem that reads like a poem--they don't all. I like the sentiment and I very much like the poem. Thank you for sharing.

The art work is very telling, and the words are likewise.
Our soldiers are human and I feel they would be concerned, for their safety. These brave men and women know they are protecting us all from danger. These brave men can lose their lives for all of us, within our world at large.
Great Writing.

You had a beginning a middle and an end.
This is one thing about writing poems
which writers generally forget or ignore.
Words full of emotions that signify an
actual sequence of events which draws
the reader into a realm that can be
both felt and understood.
Nice! ;) fish

I can tell that you possess a deep faith.
I was studying the picture you submitted with this piece. Is it perhaps from WWI or WWII?
I like these lines:
"For He alone forgives our sins
And He returns us to our kin"
Strong and steady poem.

Liked these lines especially: I pray for guidance in this storm Knowing this wind will blow me on
This says it all: Fields of stone remember us all We are the ones, who made the call As fields of stone remember the past
The names of the fallen will always last--So true!
Well done!

Wow, here's another on of your very good works. It often sounds as if you are channeling the spirits of the country in the 40's when patriotism was high and men were honored for going to fight and mourned for their brave sacrifice. Fields of stones is good reference to either the bright white crosses of Veterans Cemeteries seen or the poem about the 1st WW, Fields of Flanders. I greatly enjoy your work, hope to see lots more.

For any who have heard the sounds
of war your words have a certain
haunting quality that rings so true
as they dance down the screen in
emotional sincerity as one has
those fleeting memories that never
leave us.
Well done
