I can see how your soldering background has influenced this writing, and you make a very good point. Pride in doing a job well is important. On the battlefield, it is vital. Hugs, Lou

Be your own best friend. Find confidence in yourself. Stretch high and reach far. Follow your own path of dreams. This is what I see in your poem. Great job.

"when sleep at night untroubled he may rest"
I think there should be "they" before sleep. This is a good poem, though sometimes its hard to deicipher what the writer is saying.

Very well done,
I enjoyed the free flow of this poem about friendship. The phrase, 'a friend sticks closer than a brother,' kept going through my head as I read your fine piece.
Take pride in what you do, you have earned what you have.
I like that,
Nice job,
Carolyn

Guess it works for dog and man. To depend on another and trust them to watch over you. That is an ultimate friendship - nicely crafted

A daring poem of boldness.
A good concept of SPAG command.
The author advises us to be bold and prideful of what we do.
We should show our inner fox in every part of our lives.
Sleep knowing we have done what we could. Great job.
A beautiful artwork that complements the work of the author.

This is a very good poem. To be honest, I read it slowly three times, then read your profile and read the poem again. Once I did this, the message became Crystal clear and I'm very impressed! You put this together so well and I think your concept was to make the reader really dig into these words and figure out the finale message. At first, I wondered where the beautiful dog fit in. Great job!

To deepwater,
What would man do without his best friend. The one stands guard and alerts you to any oncoming perils.
Nice flow with depth of meaning for a dog's job well done.

I love the picture. Beautiful dog and I agree there is no more faithful friend than our beloved dogs. I'm amazed at their loyalty and your poem expresses that so well.
