Another great part chapter. Just as I thought Anna's victimisation was coming to an end, off we go again. It makes you wonder what might be happening to Troy, in his so-called sortie to the office. I look forward to the next chapter, when I will hopefully find out. Alexis x

Hmmm I think it's a good idea for them to tak it slow. Very mature of troy and he is kind for waiting. A very well penned down story I hope Anna heals soon.

This is a wonderful chapter! I really enjoyed this two parts of your very well written piece:
"You're Bobby's wife. Did you think you'd get away with whoring around?" asked a female voice. "You'll pay."
Anna slammed down the receiver, then picked it up and screamed, "We're divorced. I can do what I want." She slammed it down again. That was stupid, they'd already hung up. At the sound of a loud muffler, she ran to the window, but couldn't see it."

Good job with Troy and his chivalry. I liked that Anna seemed a bit lost when she was home alone without Michael. It's as if she doesn't know how to be a person without someone to care for.
The intrigue of the female voice is a good choice to end this section.

This is a very enjoyable chapter Barbara. It is cleverly written and very well thought out. It looks like Anna is going to start sticking up for herself. I don't think they'll leave her alone that easy though.
