Author: it is good to read something positive about this country. There is so much turmoil and fighting amongst politicians, black and white, etc.

I wasn't enthused about the title. It seemed distracting from what you were actually saying. All those quotes you used from American songs should be: 'from sea to shining sea', etc. Using them keeps the poem together but they are not original.

Overall, a very patriotic piece. livelylinda

Excellent story on the highway honoring American and the military. I like how you showed the colors of blue, white and red. From sea to sea, we honor the talents of the men and woman in the military. America is a mighty fortress when we honor GOD first. It's time to pray. My father was a chaplin to the vets. I salute the military and praise The Lord for protection. God bless. America does have a lot of problems, everyone does. Maybe it is just because I was born here, but I do believe that we have much better lives than most. I just hope we can work out some of our bigger problems in the near future.
