I like that George is helping and has been welcomed into the fold. This shows forgiveness and the core belief of Christians.

Seth and Emma and their dogs. This sure has been a lengthy book. It is a good thing that they have several details explaining the various circumstances around the inheritance.

Glad that Peggy B has been dealt with, and also Ronnie C. "Hazing" was a new term for me, so I am glad you explained it. I was a bit surprised that Seth lay on the bed with her, and that she was happy for him to do so. I know he wouldn't try anything but other people might view it differently. But I enjoyed this chapter a lot. Now I just want him to propose!

Love the interplay between Emma and Seth in the middle. It seemed very realistic and cute. Lot's of strong characters, multi-dimensional and not cookie-cutter. It helped to go back and read the names. Much packed in here, but it came interested.

I love the new development, the addition of Jax is a welcome one. I also love Ronnie Calhoun getting his just desserts, and Peggy Barton getting the warning she so richly deserves. You are doing a fine job of wrapping up things as you near the end of the story.

I love the way you ended this chapter, Barbara. It was precious how Emma tried to pretend to be asleep so Seth wouldn't stay. I guess she's not sure if she can trust herself. However, Ace gave her away. Too cute. Also cute was the way Seth went ahead and laid down. Both knew he wasn't going to try anything.
