Very well written lyrics and a lovely spiritual subject choice.
A very fitting post in the lead up to Christmas celebrations.
A lovely telling of the birth of Jesus and the calling of all peoples to sing His praise.

Wow! Very nice piece of work. There are certain unique characters in your writing, that to some effect draws me in. I don't know whether it is the word choice, or the imagery created but together, they mend very well. Thank you for posting

Beautiful, inspiring, no suggestions or corrections. This belongs in every hymnbook in the US of A, if not the world. I am pea=green with envy that I did not write this.     Hi friend thanks. Tom said it was ok to change something so I fixed the rhyme in the second stanza. First go at a competition! Barking Dog posted a "story " about the hiccups with the web site too. Feel sorry for Tom as I know no0t his fault. I had started saving all my stuff back to Word a while ago when there was some other hiccup so need to do that some more.

This is another lovely and spiritual poem that the author has created with this piece of writing. I am glad that you can write poems like these. I try to incorporate some religion into my writing also, even if it is fiction.

Excellent hymn, Sankey. I plan to let some of my friends from church see if we can do it justice. This is really smooth and inspiring.
