Yes I was. I work two minutes from the river and I enjoy sitting in the gazebo and watching the barges on my lunch break. Coal is, or should I say was, the life blood of Wv., and it is still comforting to see the barges laden on their way to the power plants.

Hi. I like the image this brings. I live close to the Rhine and their is constant barge type traffic. People live their whole lives on them.
