Hi, Ine, I know how you feel, we all do, all who know her. But, do you think she would want you to give up? She loved teaching you, it was her greatest joy, and she would be so upset if you didn't carry on with the knowledge she gave you. Keep going, my friend, if she ever does come back to FS, even if she only comes back to read, she will want to see how you are getting on. Do it for her as well as for you. :) Sandra xx

This is a beautiful tribute to Brooke! It is empty without her. She brought light in my life always reviewing my poems and the talent she wrote was out of this world.

I miss Brooke, too, because her writing was always so upbeat. I hope she'll be able to get back to writing in time. Your ambition shouldn't depend on Brooke. It has to come from you. Maybe she provided inspiration, but you're the one responsible for coming up with ideas. You might expand upon some of your points in this. Give some examples of what you mean by "naughty tricks," for example. judi

I can't agree with you more, I miss reading Brooke's poems and her not being here, has left a void. It is so true, we must go and proceed with new fans and friends but the loss of a dear friend and poet is hard to get over.

Yes, Brooke is certainly missed around here, no doubts about it, Ine. But Brooke's wonderful work is just the very tip of the iceberg in relation to the myriad of very talented, wonderful writers this site has to offer to drawn inspiration from. I can name so many, but would rather not single anyone out.
